As a consumer you have the right to not receive telephone calls from telemarketers at home.  You can go to the National Do Not Call Registry and list your home phone and your mobile phone number with the registry.  After 31 days telemarketers should not call your number.

If they continue to do so, you can file a complaint at the Do Not Call Registry web-site.
